Description of Service
The Service uses artificial intelligence, including Anthropic's Claude, xAI's Grok, and FAL image-generation models, to build Shopify stores, generate business names, logos, images, marketing content, and import products from third-party applications.
User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content and ensuring legal compliance.
Third-Party Services
Your use of Shopify and other apps or services is governed by their own terms and policies.
No Guarantee of Results
Bizamatics LLC does not guarantee sales, profitability, or any specific business outcome.
Intellectual Property
You are responsible for trademark and copyright clearance of all generated materials.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided as-is, and Bizamatics LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer
DropStart, also referred to as DropStart Chat (the “Service”), utilizes artificial intelligence technologies, including models provided by Anthropic Claude, xAI Grok, and FAL, to generate and modify content for Shopify stores. This may include, without limitation, business names, logos, images, banners, marketing copy, product descriptions, product selections, branding materials, and other creative or commercial content.
The Service may also use artificial intelligence to make recommendations regarding store design, niche selection, pricing, and other business-related decisions.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-Generated Content May Contain Errors. Artificial intelligence systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable content.
- No Guarantee of Originality or Non-Infringement. AI-generated content may be similar or identical to existing trademarks, copyrighted works, logos, business names, or other proprietary materials.
- No Legal or Commercial Guarantees. Bizamatics LLC does not guarantee that any AI-generated content is legally available for use, commercially effective, or suitable for your intended purpose.
- User Responsibility for Review and Approval. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and approving all AI-generated content before using it in commerce or publishing it to the public.
- User Responsibility for Legal Clearance. You are solely responsible for conducting any trademark searches, copyright reviews, legal consultations, or other due diligence necessary to confirm that generated content may be lawfully used.
- No Warranty Regarding AI Output. Bizamatics LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, originality, legality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any AI-generated content.
- Limitation of Liability. Bizamatics LLC shall not be liable for any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to your use of AI-generated content, including but not limited to trademark disputes, copyright claims, regulatory issues, lost profits, or reputational harm.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that artificial intelligence is an experimental technology and that all generated content is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for your review and use at your sole discretion and risk.

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs your use of DropStart, also known as DropStart Chat, an AI-powered Shopify store editing application operated by Bizamatics LLC.
Refund Policy
All fees paid for DropStart, also referred to as DropStart Chat (the “Service”), including subscription fees, setup fees, and any other charges, are non-refundable.
No refunds will be provided unless the customer can demonstrate, to the reasonable satisfaction of Bizamatics LLC, that a material technical issue within the Service prevented the Service from delivering the core functionality expressly described at the time of purchase or subscription.
For purposes of this Refund Policy, “core functionality” means the ability of the Service to configure a Shopify store using artificial intelligence, including, where applicable, generating store content and importing products from supported third-party applications.
No refunds will be granted based on, without limitation:
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content, including business names, logos, images, or marketing copy;
- Subjective preferences regarding store design or product selections;
- Lack of sales, profitability, or business success;
- Changes in market conditions or customer demand;
- Issues caused by third-party platforms, suppliers, or integrations;
- Failure to review, edit, or approve generated content before use; or
- User error, misuse, or failure to follow instructions.
Bizamatics LLC reserves the sole right to determine whether a refund is warranted under this policy after reviewing the specific circumstances and any supporting documentation provided by the customer.
